Our Account Director has been working with us on our dashboards, and it’s been nice, so we’re looking forward to getting more familiar and comfy with doing that on our own. We use Influitive’s AdvocateHub for our Champions program and are working on that integration as nicely. It’ll be nice to have these two methods integrated so we can see the overlap and unlock all of those capabilities. We are also getting prepared to start using the Reference Lead Finder capabilities. Our reference contacts are real folks, and they enjoy the service that we’re providing, and so we wish to acknowledge that and their participation. The functionality within ReferenceEdge has been awesome to help us try this. There’s a place the place we will track how typically anyone’s being used as a reference and then be succesful of reward them accordingly, whether or not it be with a swag present or a gift card or just a enjoyable surprise present.
